About Pacific Wild
Pacific Wild is an environmental organization based in British Columbia, Canada. Their focus is "...to influence policy, public opinion, and legislative change to more urgently support healthy and protected ecosystems that can sustain optimal biodiversity throughout the northwest Pacific region" (pacificwild.org). They are doing incredibly important work, particularly in the Great Bear Rainforest — one of the most biodiverse and threatened regions in Canada. Since nature is her biggest inspiration, Ariana feels grateful to be able to give back to the Earth in a direct way by donating a portion of her proceeds to this organization.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - we will do everything we can to make it right. You are welcome to contact us via the form below and we will find a solution for you.
If you simply change your mind, that's okay too! We will happily refund you as long as your item is received back to the studio in the same condition it was sent in, in its original packaging. In these instances, you are responsible for shipping fees to get the product back to us.
Shipping Policy
Please allow up to one week for your items to be processed. All fine art prints, other products, and originals are shipped via Canada Post. Tracking information is provided to you once your order has been dispatched.
Duties & Taxes
The studio is operated in Victoria, Canada and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and merchandise.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.
Uncollected Parcels
We are unable to ship your orders again for free if your parcel was uncollected from your local post office, the address was incorrect or customs and import duties were not paid.
The cost to reship unclaimed artwork varies between countries, but you can expect anywhere from $10.00-$50.00 CAD depending on your location.
Product Care
Fine Art Prints are printed on thick, durable paper, however, they are still delicate and must be handled with care.
- Prints are packaged for shipping in a compostable-plastic bag and sandwiched between two cardboard sheets to keep them as safe as possible. Large prints are rolled and shipped in cylindrical tubes.
- Please ensure hands are clean and dry before handling.
- Display prints in rooms free of moisture and away from direct sunlight for the longest print-life.
